Pray

Vision – that as we plan for the future here in Caracas we will be sensitive to the Spirit’s leading – we desire to walk in HIS steps in HIS plan with courage and boldness.

Details – that certain details for living here would fall into place. Life is more complicated without these necessary things in place. Please pray for wisdom as we learn to live here.

Our Hearts – that we would grow in our relationship with Christ and trust Him and take joy in Him throughout these days of constant learning.

Our Bodies - for health and rest

Our Family – that we would take every advantage to enjoy each other and support each other as we respond to all the changes in the past two years and learn from each other’s different perspectives

Our Friendships - that we would be sensitive to the Spirit’s leading and courageous and take risks as we get to know people

Our Learning – that we would be observant of the culture around us and continue to grow a love for the people and country, that we would continue to learn spanish and have ears for the language, that we would be able to embrace changes and thrive….

2 Corinthians 4:5-7
You see, we don’t go around preaching about ourselves. We preach that Jesus Christ is Lord, and we ourselves are your servants for Jesus’ sake. For God, who said, “Let there be light in the darkness,” has made this light shine in our hearts so we could know the glory of God that is seen in the face of Jesus Christ. We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure.This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.
